Hello everyone. I’m so happy to finally share my favourite paint brand Farrow&Ball colours they’ve released recently. I even got a sample pot when I unpacked my goody bag from Interior Blog Awards, but could not take with me, unfortunately. Talking paint sample pots, they are so useful to test out different colours! What I love about Farrow&Ball, this is a British brand with deep traditions and craftsmanship. My favourite new colours are: De Nîmes, Trenon, Preference Red, Sulking Room Pink, what are yours?
These New Farrow&Ball Colours Will Make You Forget White: “DE NIMES”, A DOWN TO EARTH AND GROUNDING BLUE
I used to live in the South of France, near city Nîmes. Once my dear friend, English, Russian and French language teacher (thumbs up to her Insta!), told me a story about…jeans, or denim, the fabric we wear a lot nowadays. Denim used to be made in city Nîmes, and the word we use everyday “denim” translated from French is “From Nîmes – de Nîmes”. I was amazed at how I could miss this pun! Story apart, this blue colour, perfectly imitating denim, is very modern yet timeless as denim. It can be used from kitchen islands to the powder room and still look fabulous. I’d add some brick red as an accent to this colour.

These New Farrow&Ball Colours Will Make You Forget White: “BANCHA”, A PROTECTIVE OLIVE GREEN
For those who love Olive green (or trees, or both!), this is a stronger, deeper version. Very midcentury modern, stylish, for brave personalities who want to embrace stronger colour in their homes. Despite the strong presence, this colour is very zen and relaxing, as most of the greens. It works if you are not into taking care of plants but still want a hint of nature in your home.
These New Farrow&Ball Colours Will Make You Forget White: “TRENON”, A DARK GREY GREEN
A lovely, midcentury modern-inspired colour, which can perfectly go with purples, pinks, blacks, light or dark wood.
These New Farrow&Ball Colours Will Make You Forget White: “PREFERENCE RED”, A DEEP, RICH RED
The deepest and richest of all Farrow&Ball reds. Looks strikingly paired with Paean Black or Sulking Room Pink.
These New Farrow&Ball Colours Will Make You Forget White: “RANGWALI”, AN EXOTIC AND ADVENTUROUS PINK
This is a happy and adventurous pink colour, inspired by Holi colour festival in India. Rangwali has a small dose of black pigment which makes colour deeper. Can be used with anthracite, dark grays, Preference Red (mentioned above), or maybe even quirkier accents as purple or yellow?
A ROMANTIC AND MUTED ROSE
A very calm colour which can be accompanied by midcentury modern furniture and eclectic interior accents. This colour asks for more wood accents as most of the muted colours. As you can see below, this stylish armchair, as well as a light fixture with brass details, add more texture and depth.
A CHIC RED BASED BLACK
If you’ve always wanted something intense like black in your room but still haven’t changed your mind, this colour might solve all your hesitations. A deep almost black red, this deep purple is what you need for your next home makeover. As you can see from the photo, this colour can stand alone without any other accents. This is a very rich in pigments colour, all it might need is some artwork and stylish midcentury modern chairs. Voila!
A RELAXED BROWN BASED NEUTRAL
Not a fan of beige palette, but this colour can be accompanied by colourful and fun textile, furniture and artwork. Look how a green cushion and flowers add some vibe and fun to the interior (2nd photo below).
These New Farrow&Ball Colours Will Make You Forget White: A SOFT OFF WHITE
Even if this is a white colour and contradictates the blog title, it is a colour that suits everyone’s needs. It can be paired with dark deep colours, raw textures etc. Any furniture will look glamorous and a bit traveled, yet classy. A timeless and elegant choice.
So, which one is your favourite?
I want to know!
