Green colour is the colour of nature – relaxing, fresh and tranquil. In interior design it is restful on the eye, green was traditionally used in home libraries or study rooms. What’s interesting, before the 18th Century only muted greens were popular because of the very expensive costs of bright greens.
Our favourite Emerald colour was prefered by Emperor Napoleon, his rooms were combined with emerald, gold and white.
